A new Grand entrance with a cozy living space

The front entrance of the client’s home was in critical need of renovation. The existing staircase was deteriorating, posing a safety hazard and detracting from the home’s curb appeal. The client sought a comprehensive solution to not only restore the entrance but also enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of the space.

KEY FEATURES

Hardscaped front entrace with accent lights

The entrance includes a new hardscape with accent lights. A weather-resistant black metal railing was added for safety and matches the hardware of the pergola and portico

Pergola with seated area

A new pergola with a living area was constructed to extend the client’s outdoor living space. The pergola includes a fan for hot summer days and a water feature for a soothing ambiance.

A Grand Portico

A grand portico was added to the front entrance to match the style of the adjacent pergola. This portico invites guest into their space while drastically increasing curb appeal.
